First of all, if you haven’t watched Dinner: Impossible, I suggest you do so NOW before I spank you with a rolling pin until you call me daddy. Seriously, it is the best cooking show that was ever conceived, bar none. He (along with his two regular sous chefs, George Galati and David Britton) have demonstrated the capability to make great meals in just about any situation, and for any number of people.
